About the Program

The Certificate Program in Airport Passenger Services Management is a specialized course designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary for entry-level jobs in the aviation industry. This course covers all aspects of passenger handling operations, including check-in procedures, document verification, baggage handling, boarding pass issuance, security screening, immigration and customs formalities, boarding procedures, announcements, handling of special passengers, airport safety and security, and reservation and ticketing procedures.

Duration of the program is one semester (6 months). Days

The tuition fee per participant for the program is proposed as Rs 70,000/ plus 18%GST if applicable (in addition students will have to pay admission fees, registration fees, uniform fee and such other routine expenses as may be decided by Academy from time to time)
