About the Program

This training is designed to address the impact of human performance and behaviour on airport safety efficiency and overall operations. 
The primary objective includes understanding human factors, safety, error management, stress and fatigue management, incident reporting, continuous improvement, leadership and management awareness and essentially address the human element in aviation environment.
